When I think of fruit dip I think of sticky sweet cream cheese, fake whipped cream or marshmallow cream loaded with sugary calories. I was pleasantly surprised to find this fruit dip as a healthy snack for my kids. The flavor of peanut butter is not the dominant taste in this dip like you would imagine. Try it. It’s simple. My sister and I put this on a tray with cut up fruit and toothpicks in front of the cousins playing Monopoly and it disappeared.
Peanut Butter and Greek Yogurt Fruit Dip
2 (5.3 oz) containers of vanilla flavored Greek yogurt
1/3 cup smooth peanut butter (I like any all natural, no sugar added peanut butter)
1 Tbs honey
1/2 tsp vanilla
a pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Stir until smooth and serve!
It is especially good with bananas :)
